Pay your way with our payment options.

Paying on your auto or term loan has never been easier! Choose the payment option that works best and is most comfortable for you.

Pay from an FCCU Account.
Make FCCU loan payments from one of your FCCU accounts easily.  Login to Online or Mobile Banking. From the left menu, select Payments and Transfer > Credit Card and Loan Payments, select the FCCU account to pay your loan from and the loan account to pay. Enter payment amount and click Continue. Review the payment and click Confirm. You're done! 


Pay from an external account through our Online Web Payment Portal.
Pay your loan via ACH or with a debit card from another bank/credit union.
4 Ways to Pay - Online, Text, through our Automated Phone System or with a Call Center Agent. Click to find options that work best for you. 


Pay by Automatic Transfer from another bank/credit union.
Your financial institution may provide an option to set up an auto transfer or we may assist. If you need our assistance, call us at 281.856.5300.

 

Pay using a Bill Pay Service.
Make an FCCU loan payment from another credit union or bank using their Bill Pay service. Be sure to include your member number. For example, if your member number is 1234560 and your loan number is 155, input your account number as 1234560155 to ensure proper crediting.

Pay in Person.
Visit any of our convenient locations to make a credit card/loan payment. Or, call 281.856.5300 to make a payment over the phone. A convenience fee of $15 will apply for payments processed by phone.

NOTE: Payments made before 6pm CST will be effective the same day but may take 2-3 business days to post to the loan being paid. Payments made after 6pm CST, will be effective the following business day. Self-service payments via Online, Text or through the Automated Phone system will be assessed a nominal fee of $5. Payments made through a Call Center Agent will be $15. Credit Cards are excluded as a loan payment option. All Debit Cards are an acceptable means of payment.
