What insurance do I need?
It is required to maintain Homeowner's Insurance for your mortgage loan. Coverages that need to be specified on the policy or Declarations page are:
- Replacement Cost Coverage, or coverage in an amount that is no less than your loan balance.
- Deductible limits no higher than 5%.
- First Community Credit Union listed under the Mortgagee section of the policy.
