Online banking is a great tool to help you quickly glance at your finances for your business. We have assembled a few FAQ.

User Access in Commercial BankingĀ 

Can I have a view only login?

Yes, you can create a login with view only access to accounts and limit accounts you wish for the login to see.

Can I have more than one administrator?

You can assign another login with equivalent access as the administrator but only the original login for administrator will be considered the actual administrator for ebanking purposes.

Can I limit access to additional users?

Yes, you can control many aspects of the login you create including what accounts the login may view, withdrawal or deposit to. Features they may access and impose dollar limits to those accounts. You can also limit or remove access to order checks, bill pay, stop payment, etc.

Can I delete a user?

How many users can I add to the system?

There is no preset number of additional logins you can create as an account administrator, however, limiting the number to only users that require access is ideal for the administrator to be able to control access and permissions accurately.

Do I need to let you know if I will be using my card while traveling?

In our FCCU Card Manager app, you can notify us of your travel plans by inputting your travel itinerary (where you're going and what days) into the app and enjoy interruption-free card usage. 

General Questions for loginĀ 

Can I hide any accounts?

You can control the account view for the Administrator account(s) to simply hide the accounts you don’t wish to see or for the non-administrator accounts, you can completely remove access to view. To hide an account from the “Administrative” level see below:

To Hide an account: go to Settings Tab> Manage Accounts> and click on the account name you wish to hide. You can uncheck the check box under ACCOUNT VISIBILITY. Or recheck to make an account visible.

How can I reset my Online Banking login password?

You can reset the password the following ways: Forgot password process via online banking, contacting the Credit Union via website or phone, visiting an FCCU branch.

How can I view my account history?

On the login page, click the name of the account you wish to view to see account history and details.

How can I view my payroll/ach history?

Go to the Payments and Transfers Tab: Under the Transfers Sections, click on online activity.
This activity center shows all activity divided under single transactions, recurring transactions and deposited checks.

To Hide an account:

go to Settings Tab> Manage Accounts> and click on the account name you wish to hide. You can uncheck the check box under ACCOUNT VISIBILITY. Or recheck to make an account visible.

Can I rename an account or move it into groups?

Yes, you can. Go to Settings>Account> Preferences and choose the account you wish to alter. You can rename here by clicking on the pencil (edit) icon and change or create groups to attach the account or loan into.
