Sending a secure message is easy and safe to do within online banking.

  1. Login to online banking
  2. Click on Services from the right hand side
  3. Scroll down and click on Secure Mail
  4. Click on the Pencil Icon to create a new message
  5. Select the topic that is most related to your question
  6. Fill out the subject and message providing as much details as possible
