Two-factor authentication is provided to protect your account. This means you will need a secure access code the first time you log in to online banking. The code is delivered via a phone call or text message to the phone number listed on your account. Once you choose to “remember” this device, you can log in without receiving a secure access code. While this extra step may take an extra minute from device to device, it's the best way to protect your accounts.
