Pay With Points is a real-time redemption program where you can pay with points you’ve already earned on your FCCU Platinum Rewards Visa credit card1. With a minimum of 5,000 points, you can pay for specific transactions immediately after purchase!
How Pay With Points works
1. Make everyday purchases with your FCCU Rewards credit card
2. We'll notify you immediately via email or text message offering redemption when a qualified purchase is made
3. Click redeem on your mobile device or login online to pay with your points for purchases
4. A statement credit will then be applied back to your card for that exact amount

Can I still redeem if the text or e-mail message delivery is delayed?
Yes, even if you do not receive the text or e-mail message at the time of the qualifying purchase you are still able to redeem. You may login to rewards.fccu.org to look for and redeem your points for qualifying purchases.

How do I use Pay with Points Real Time Notifications?
Complete your preference profile on our registration site, and respond to the opt-in text or email you receive. Then, every time you make a purchase that qualifies for notification under the preferences you provided, and you have sufficient points in your account, you will receive an email or text. Simply reply “REDEEM” via text or click the redemption button in the email and your points will be redeemed for that purchase. A statement credit for the purchase will appear on your monthly billing statement.

You can select the transactions you’d like to redeem against on the FCCU Credit Card Rewards website. You can also sign up to receive notifications via text or email when an eligible transaction has occurred and redeem instantly by responding to the text or through one click in the email.
